You always feel like you want to smash your exams, but you don’t know how too? Here is what you do:
- A week before the test, start revising, but not for long, only half-an-hour each day. This effect makes you feel like have studied sufficiently but also allows you too do other activities with your time.
- Always hydrate, this keeps you alert. If you don’t really know how to properly keep track of how much you drink I have this special water bottle, look at my shop to see more.
- Don’t miss any meals. If you miss meals you will feel tired and you will not have much energy. Your brain will think slower and you just won’t feel great. Remember to eat healthily!
- Be early for classes to get that routine going. I have even got this lovely alarm clock in my shop.
